In which countries do you sell your products?

We currently offer our products in Germany, Austria, France, UK, Spain and Italy.

What is the best way to clean the bottle?

Clean the bottle after each use. We recommend to rinse the lid and glass flask with warm water and soap, then let everything dry in the air. The filter can be cleaned with warm water and a rinse brush. You can also wash the glass flasks in the dishwasher. We do not recommend to put the lid and filter into the dishwasher.

Where can I buy your products?

You can buy our products directly at our webshop or from Amazon.

How does the infusion filter work?

The glass bottle is supplied with the 2-in-1 filter system. The filter, made of stainless steel, consists of a basket strainer and a simple pouring strainer which can be inserted into the bottle.
Our vacuum bottle (thermos flask) is delivered with the upper part, the pouring strainer.

Can I use the bottle for hot and cold drinks?

Yes of course. The bottles are made to keep hot and cold drinks at temperature. The vacuum bottle can hold the temperature up to 6h, the glass bottle up to 4h.

Keeps the bottle tight, even in my bag?

Yes of course. The inside of the lid is made of food-safe silicone and keeps the bottle tight, if tightly screwed. If you have problems with your bottle, please contact us.

My bottle arrived damaged!

With long transport distances and a sensitive product such as glass, damage can always occur. Write us a message with a photo and we will send you a new bottle.
